Stein Holding is a traditional Bavarian strength contest in which competitors hold a full beer stein (21+) out in front of their bodies with a straight arm, parallel to the ground. The person holding the longest with good form is the winner. Contest begins at 4:30. Arrive early! Sign up at the City Club Merch booth no later than 4:15pm.
